“MY SYNTHESIS”, our project management tool, completely transcends distance and insularity. It contains the presentation of all the stages and details of a project as it progresses. Therefore, clients can actively participate and supervise their own project from afar allowing communication and feedback in real time with every involved colleague. It can be accessed for the complete digital record of their project including photographs and documents. All filed information is kept strictly confidential.
Our History
SYNTHESIS Estates was established in 2009 in the city of Mytilene, Lesvos, as a civil engineering practice, offering services mainly in construction design, construction supervision and obtaining building permits for the Greek islands of Lesvos, Chios and Limnos which are situated in the north eastern Aegean Sea.
SYNTHESIS Estates was founded and is owned by Kostas Fragkopoulos, a distinguished, registered civil engineer and real estate agent. His academic and professional qualifications along with the experience of many completed projects have not only proven his competence but leave the company’s clients thoroughly satisfied with his company’s work.
SYNTHESIS Estates has since expanded into the real estate sector doing business in all the Regions of Greece. We are part of a wide real estate network thus being able to provide real estate agency services in the whole of Greece.
To its property development services, SYNTHESIS Estates has since added the services of property management, property maintenance and estate settlements for the North Aegean Region.
