Ως πολιτικός μηχανικός, αρκετά συχνά έως τώρα, είχα καταγράψει το φαινόμενο, πελάτες μου, Έλληνες της διασποράς, που έχουν ακίνητη περιουσία στην Ελλάδα, να χρειάζονται πέραν των δικών μου υπηρεσιών και μια ευρύτερη υποστήριξη, (από δικηγόρο, μεσίτη, συμβολαιογράφο, λογιστή, δασολόγο, αρχιτέκτονα, κατασκευαστή κλπ.), ώστε να τακτοποιήσουν εκκρεμότητες και προβλήματα της περιουσίας τους – συχνά προερχόμενα από την προηγούμενη γενιά - ή και απλά να την συντηρήσουν.
